Need to know what is required to qualify for a rental? Review our Rental Requirements before booking.

Rental Agreement & Payment

Each rental is governed by the rental agreement completed for that specific truck or trailer. Customers are responsible for reviewing the agreement, providing the required payment information and following the terms that apply to their rental.

Payment

Rental charges are due according to the payment schedule established for the rental.

Commercial Truck Rentals

Commercial truck rentals begin with the initial two-week rental period paid up front. Qualifying extended rentals may continue with weekly billing according to the rental agreement.

Commercial Accounts

Businesses with recurring or multi-vehicle rental needs may work with GA Fleet Rentals on an ongoing basis, subject to approval and equipment availability.

Deposits, Holds & Card on File

Depending on the rental type, GA Fleet Rentals may require a deposit, authorization hold or valid payment method on file for charges permitted under the rental agreement.

Local Trailer Deposit

Local trailer rentals require a $200 deposit.

Card on File

A valid payment method may remain on file for applicable rental charges, tolls, incidentals, damage-related charges and other amounts permitted under the rental agreement.

Post-Rental Charges

Some charges may not be known when the equipment is returned and may be processed afterward when permitted by the rental agreement.

Fuel, Tolls & Additional Charges

Fuel

GA Fleet Rentals vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank. If the required fuel level is not restored, additional fuel charges may apply according to the rental agreement.

Tolls

Renters are responsible for tolls incurred during the rental period, including applicable administrative or processing charges.

Citations & Violations

Parking violations, traffic-related charges and other costs connected to the renter's use of the vehicle remain the renter's responsibility where applicable.

Other Incidentals

Damage-related charges and other rental incidentals may also be charged after the rental when permitted by the signed agreement.

Extensions, Renewals & Late Returns

If you need the equipment beyond the scheduled return date, contact GA Fleet Rentals before the rental period ends. Extensions are subject to availability, payment status and the terms of the rental agreement.

Some commercial rentals may be set up for ongoing weekly renewal, but customers remain responsible for complying with the return and notice requirements that apply to their rental.

Late Returns

Equipment should be returned by the date and time established in the rental agreement unless GA Fleet Rentals approves an extension. Late or unauthorized use may result in additional rental charges or other fees according to the signed agreement.

Damage, Repairs & Return Condition

Renters are responsible for the truck or trailer while it is in their possession and should notify GA Fleet Rentals as soon as possible about damage, mechanical concerns or other incidents.

Damage or other issues discovered after return may be reviewed and assessed in accordance with the rental agreement.
